This week Neverknown brings you a page with background sound feature from musical artist Blake Cooper called "You Don't Hurt Me", a song with soul, funk, and a very creative edge. Blake Cooper is a musician's musician with talent that is graceful on a guitar, powerful on a base, edgy on a mandolin, not to mention violin, sound mixing, and a slew of other sound related skills. There is also a YouTube video underneath the automatic player of "Megan's Song", another original by Blake Cooper..
The visual feature this week is split into three photos, all of which are by the same artist, Paul Schmidt. The policy of one piece of art per week is broken, as this artist is just too prolific to restrict to one work of art. Paul has quite a bit more art on the Deviant Art website, a wonderful place where artists' profiles are chalk filled with amazing art.
The Text Feature this week is brought to you by Hannah Katie New in the form of a striking poem with insight into death, the consequences of it, and the power behind it. "Conflict" is a powerful poem. Read it. Then read it again. And maybe, just maybe, read it one more time after that.
Also, Neverknown, in the next three months, will be developing a full length magazine website for artists of every type. Follow this blog if you would like notification for when the website goes active. If you would like more information or to help develop the webzine send e-mail notification to: 3dited@gmail.com. Until then, each Wednesday the blog will remain active with new features in all categories.
As always, happy creating.
